Currently my favorite lazy girl recipe! If you’re looking for a more “from scratch” recipe try my Roasted Red Pepper Vodka Sauce that’s basically just a sheet pan recipe.

You’ll need
2oz dry pasta - I like using fun shapes
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup TJs Red Pepper Spread
3-4 tablespoons half & half
freshly grated parmesan, measure with your heart
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in the pasta and cook until al-dente. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
Add black pepper and red pepper flakes to a skillet and toast over medium low heat for two minutes to bring out the flavor + heat. Splash in 1/4 cup pasta water and then add in the red pepper spread. Use a whisk or spatula to stir as it loosens up. Cook for a couple minutes. Add in half & half and stir. If the sauce is too thick, add more pasta water.
Add in the parmesan, let it melt then add in the pasta. Cook for a couple minutes then turn off the heat. Top with more parmesan and red pepper flakes if you want. Enjoy!
